Description
Bug is a sweet but nervous dog. He is very cautious in new surroundings and is learning to be trustful of people. He is never mean, just nervous and inquisitive. Bug gets along well with other dogs and would probably be fine with cats. He is most comfortable outside but is learning that it can be a lot of fun to be indoors, too! Bug has a beautiful howl but he's generally a calm, quiet dog. He has started walking on a leash and does a beautiful job! Bug will need gentle, patient people who are willing to continue working with him. Age: 8 years- - -Alaska S.P.C.A. dogs are spayed/ neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and come with a 1-year municipal license.We implement a 24-hour waiting period and a 10-day trial adoption, and provide a lifelong commitment to our animals.The Alaska S.P.C.A. encourages obedience classes for all shelter-dog adoptions. The adoption fee for dogs - $150 - covers all the costs involved in caring for the animals we house, which include: feeding, exams, vaccinations, medications, licensing, spaying or neutering, processing, and regular shelter maintenance.
